Is it up?

This page asks the service directly, from your browser, every thirty seconds. It reports one thing: whether the service answers and its control plane is running.

Checking…

Asking the service now.

What this checks. One request to the service from wherever you are. It passes through the same DNS, the same certificate and the same proxy that a real connection uses, so a green result means the path a customer takes is open, not just that a process is alive somewhere.

What it deliberately does not show. No usage numbers, no version, no build identifier, no internal component names. A public page that reports how many people are connected is a live usage feed for anyone who cares to watch it, and a public build identifier tells an attacker exactly what is running. Neither helps you decide whether to trust the service.

What it cannot tell you. Whether your SuiteCRM is up. SuiteCRM AI connects to your instance with your credentials, so if your CRM is unreachable the connector will report that to you in the chat, while this page stays green. It also has no uptime history yet. When there is enough of it to be worth publishing, it will go here.
